Application: General - for sewing anything from shirts to jeans. Excellent thread for garment over-dyeing programs.

  • Extra Heavy: T-105

  • Superior sewability with fewer thread breaks.

  • More consistent shades after over-dyeing.

  • Low elongation - excellent loop formation.

  • Makes a tighter seam giving less seam grinning.

  • Not affected by needle heat or pressing.

  • Gets stronger when wet.

  • Can be used for over-dyed garments made of 100% cotton.


Comments


  • Weaker than polyester threads of equal size.

  • Not as resistant to chemicals used in laundering, etc.

  • Not as resistant to abrasion.

  • Can be attacked by mildew.

  • Not as colorfast as polyester.

  • Does not sew well on many automatic sewing machines.
